Alloy Steel Fasteners are made in different alloy types. They have different composition with chromium, vanadium, tungsten and molybdenum inclusive. The addition of these elements in the composition gives the alloys the strength and corrosion resistance. The alloy steel fasteners come in different dimensions, grades and types. There are fasteners ranging from M12 to M72 in required length and the types differ such as studs, bolts, nuts washers and so on. The Grade B7 Alloy Steel Bolts are manufactured in a chromium molybdenum alloy and are heat treated by quenched and tempered methods. This production method improves the strength of the ASTM A193 Grade B7 Nuts.
Alloy steel grades used in our factory are 40 Cr, 42Cr MoV4, EN 18, EN 19, EN 24, EN 31, we also use alloy steel grades in petrochemical and oil and gas industry.
