RAW MATERIAL
We use Round & Hexagon bars for manufacturing of bolts. We have in-house Raw Material storage of 10000 Ton capacity with racks for each lot with numbers. We have different raw materials storage of like END8, END8cr, EN18, EN19, 40CrMo4, SS304, SS316, SS316L, SS316S31 etc.
We segregate all material with colour coding, Tags, Racks for each Heat lot Number.

Big Bolt Nut implements systems to ensure heat lot traceability on all raw material brought into the facility and heat numbers are recorded when the material is cut. This insures of correct materials and proper documentation of the Raw Material Storage.
We have 10000 Ton capacity of raw material storage with colour coding & RM tag. We use high quality of Raw Material from biggest raw material suppliers.
