The most important step of making Nuts is always the threads, at Big Bolt Nut we emphasise greatly on providing our customers the perfect threads which are again controlled in our QC process by Go and NOGO Gauges.

Machine is designed with Double Spindle Head which gives high production rate at the same platform with single operator, single motor, single coolant pump and double the production then in single spindle.
Big Bolt Nut does 100% Tapping on all our carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel hex Nuts. We are also one of the few companies in India which can do Tapping on Nuts after heat treatment, the advantage of doing thread rolling after heat treatment is that it improves the fatigue strength of the Nuts and gives a longer life and performance of the Nuts. We are at the present having in our factory 3 Tapping machines of different capacity to do Tapping on nuts up toM52 mm diameter. We also do tapping on all Lock Nuts, Square Nuts, Jam Nuts, Thin Nuts manufactured by us
